What forms of payment can I use?

Gentronics accepts payment through PayPal, www.paypal.com.au. When paying through PayPal you can use your Visa or MasterCard.
 

How do I set up a PayPal account?

You can set up your PayPal account while checking out. At the end of the transaction you have the choice of discarding the information (PayPal will not retain your financial information), or instructing PayPal to keep your details for future payments (if you choose the latter, remember to keep your email address and password). Alternatively, you can join PayPal here.
 

How soon will my order be shipped, and what happens if an item is no longer available?

Gentronics.com.au makes every effort to fulfil all orders placed. However, we cannot guarantee the in-stock position at any of our suppliers and occasionally we are informed a product is no longer available. If this is the case we will notify you via email and remove the product from the website. We will refund your PayPal account.

Below is a brief explanation of our shipping timeframes:

Usually ships within 24 - 48 hrs:
This item is in stock with sufficient quantities to meet regular demand.

Usually ships with 2 - 5 days:
This item is not stocked on a regular basis but is usually available from our suppliers and should be shipped within two working weeks.

Usually ships within 10 - 40 days:
This item has a low inventory and may not be in stock when you place your order. As soon as we receive stock from our supplier, we will ship your order; however, Gentronics.com.au cannot guarantee the in-stock position at any of our suppliers.

Special order:
This item is an import. Availability of import items is difficult to predict. We cannot guarantee how long it will take to fill an import order, as our suppliers are all over the world and item availabilities vary. But we will update you regularly on your order's status and if you have not received an import within 30 days, you have the option to cancel or continue to wait for your order.
 

How will my order be shipped? How much will it cost me?

Gentronics.com.au uses a range of couriers depending on your order content and destination. Shipping charges are based on the weight of you order, the dimensions of your order and your delivery address. We ship goods Monday through Friday and we do not ship on Australian statutory holidays. All shipping times are dependent on product availability.
 

How do I check my order Status?

You can check your order status by logging into My Account and selecting the relevant order. We will also regularly review your order and email you with up to date information on its status.
 

How do I change or cancel my order?

Your order can be changed or cancelled at any time before your order is shipped. Contact us to arrange cancellation of your order.

My order arrived damaged, what can I do about it?

Should your order arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 working days of your order being fulfilled.
 

I've changed my mind, can I refund my purchase?

You may exchange or receive a refund on your purchase by retaining your invoice. Please contact us with details of the item you wish to refund or exchange.
 

How do I reprint a tax invoice?

Gentronics.com.au will email you a tax invoice when payment is processed and your goods are shipped, so you can reprint the email. Alternatively, you can log in to My Account, select the relevant order, and reprint the tax invoice.
