ITM PRO 5 Pipe Bevelling Machine

The ITM PRO 5 PB is a European-made, ID-mounted pipe beveller designed for fast, accurate machining by a single operator. Its self-centering mandrel ensures perfect alignment every time. Capable of performing up to three operations at once—external bevel, internal bevel, face-off, ID chamfer, J-groove bevel, or counterbore—it handles pipes from 32mm ID to 114mm OD (expandable to 25mm ID / 140mm OD with optional kits). Ideal for portable precision work, with electric or pneumatic motor options.

ITM PRO 2 Pipe Bevelling Machine

PRO 2 PB is a compact, handy pipe beveller that mills pipes made of carbon and stainless steel, aluminum alloys, and copper-nickels. As standard, it can face and bevel pipes from inner diameters (ID) of 22mm to outer diameters (OD) of 48mm.

ITM ABM-50 Bevelling Machine

High-performance auto-feed bevelling machine for 8–80mm plates. Creates double-sided bevels up to 50mm wide without flipping the material. Features 15–60° adjustable angle, 415V 4kW motor, digital control panel, and 8-insert milling head. Ideal for steel, stainless, and aluminum with real-time bevel monitoring and no heat distortion.

ITM ABM-14 Bevelling Machine

Compact and efficient bevelling machine for carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum. Bevels up to 14mm wide at speeds of 2.6 m/min on plates from 6–40mm thick and pipe ID down to 100mm. Offers standard 30° angle, with optional kits for 22.5°–45°. Features reversible spindle for jam release, low-noise operation (<70 dB), and both top and bottom edge beveling. Ideal for shop or onsite use with optional trolley for auto-feed.

ITM BM25 Bevelling Machine

Heavy-duty yet portable, the BM25 is built for efficient steel plate bevelling up to 25mm wide. Its powerful motor and face milling head with 5 indexable inserts deliver smooth, precise results. Features include 0°–90° adjustable bevel angle, variable spindle speed (1800–5850 rpm), and electronic overload protection. Ideal for shop or field use with easy-to-use guide rollers and tool-free angle adjustment.

ITM BM21 Portable Bevelling Machine

The BM21 is a next-gen portable beveller for steel and pipe prep, offering 0°–60° adjustable bevel angles and smooth operation with minimal effort. Its powerful single milling head with 10 indexable inserts delivers clean, efficient results with no setup required. Bevels plates and pipes from 150–300mm (optional kit for up to 600mm). Features vibration isolators for operator comfort and improved tool life. Also available in a stainless steel version (BM21S).

ITM BM20 Plus Bevelling Machine

Heavy-duty, portable beveller designed for steel plates and pipes. The BM20 PLUS features dual milling heads with 5 carbide inserts each for smooth, efficient operation and a high-quality milled finish. Easy to set up, it’s ideal for weld prep and edge finishing. Optional attachment available for end planing. European-made for reliability and performance.
