The HyperFill® Reveal™ Power Feed® 84 Dual Ready-Pak®, Single Cart (K4650-4) is a specialized twin-wire gas metal arc welding-pulse (GMAW-P) solution designed to enhance productivity and reduce welding costs.

• Twin-Wire Technology: It utilizes two electrically conductive wires energized by a single power source, and fed through a single wire feeder, gun liner, and tip.
• Increased Deposition Rate: HyperFill® can achieve deposition rates above 8.2 kg/h (up to 10.9 kg/h in robotic applications) when combined with Lincoln Electric Premium wires, enabling faster and easier creation of larger welds.
• Cost and Time Reduction: It can lead to up to 30% cost reduction per kg of welding and up to 35% welding time reduction when compared to single-wire GMAW.
• Optimized Configuration: The Power Feed® 84 Dual is part of an optimized configuration with the Power Wave® S500, allowing a single power source to perform both root passes (with STT process) and filling passes (with HyperFill® process).
• Applications: The HyperFill® system is applicable in various segments, including heavy fabrication, structural welding, offshore structures, and LPG tank welding. It can be used for plate welding and rotating pipe welding with recommended pipe diameters from 250-500 mm and thickness ranges from 12-25 mm.
