High Definition Plasma CNC
For over 30 years, we have been industry leading suppliers of the latest CNC Plasma cutting machines the market has to offer. With our huge range of plasma cutting knowledge and consumable stock, we are able to offer both support and supply of the best CNC plasma cutting solutions in Australia.
What is CNC Plasma Cutting?
A CNC (Computer Numerical Control) plasma cutter is a machine that is specifically designed to cut through electrically conductive materials by using a computer to control and direct an accelerated jet of hot plasma at the material being cut. CNC plasma cutters can cut through a wide range of different materials, including steel, aluminum, brass, and copper, and can be used for a selection of different industries.
There are various configurations available for CNC Plasma tables specific to both size and/or functionality. We help you find the solution that works best for your industry, including altering power supplies and air supplies, depending on the material thickness you are wishing to cut and cutting speeds that you require, all at an affordable price.
TrailBlazer Plasma CNC
Our Signature machine, The TrailBlazer CNC Plasma Cutting Table utilizes the FastCAM cutting software to create, path, plot, and nest any shape, pattern or design you require to cut. With each quotation, supply and setup of these machines, we include on-site training for the FastCAM software to ensure you are happy with the capabilities of your chosen power supply, and to ensure you understand how to get the most out of your CNC Plasma Cutting Table.
